Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ONLY.QUALITY.FRENCHIES. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Frenchie, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your puppy to initiate a return or exchange. We will work with you to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return or exchange process. Please note that all returned or exchanged Frenchies must be in their original condition, with all accessories included. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Only one return or exchange is permitted per customer.
